As a Brand Experience Consultant, you operate across two critical functions--Product
Consulting and PR Outreach. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, extract
insights from every interaction, and ensure these insights shape both our internal product
thinking and external PR strategies.
Function 1: Product Consulting
Client-Facing
Engage clients through the CCS (Client Curation & Styling) process
Understand event types, style preferences, purchase intent, and hesitations
Assist with look curation, trials, and styling walkthroughs
Insight Collection
Document key insights from both buying and non-buying clients
Capture trends in occasion-based styling needs, price sensitivity, and conversion triggers
Feed insights into the product, styling, and marketing teams
Use insight data to guide product curation and future styling direction
Function 2: PR Outreach
Translate real-time client insights into PR concepts and collaboration ideas
Conduct competitive and cultural market study (via digital and on-ground sources)
Reach out to designers, platforms, collaborators, and stylists for sourcing, tie-ups, and features
Coordinate borrowings, returns, and sample tracking
Support planning and execution of shoots--editorial, e-commerce, or campaign
What You Bring
A degree/diploma in Fashion, Styling, or Brand Communication
1-2 years of experience (internships count)
A strong sense of aesthetics with sharp observational skills
Clear communication, clean coordination, and a strategic mindset
Interest in trends, client behavior, and public perception
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
