Position Overview



The Brand Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity, drive market presence, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. This role works closely with marketing, creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver impactful brand campaigns and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Planning



Assist in developing annual brand plans and marketing calendars. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry insights. Support brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and differentiation strategies.

2. Marketing Campaign Execution



Coordinate end-to-end brand campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, events). Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials that reflect brand guidelines. Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis.

3. Digital & Social Media Management



Support content planning and execution across social media platforms. Manage influencer collaborations and track performance metrics. Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across digital channels.

4. Product & Category Support



Assist in product launches including planning, merchandising, promotions, and communication. Coordinate with product, supply chain, and sales teams for timely launch execution. Analyse product performance and market acceptance.

5. Brand Governance



Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across internal and external stakeholders. Review and approve creative assets for brand consistency.

6. Data & Insights



Track KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, sales impact, and customer feedback. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present insights to stakeholders.

7. Event & Activation Support



Assist in planning and executing brand events, trade shows, and retail activations. Work with vendors and agencies for event logistics and production.

Qualifications Education



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience



1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles. Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
