Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients during project execution.
Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring expectations are met.
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of merchandise solutions.
Prepare and share internal reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Support the Brand Manager in executing marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and merchandise planning.
Conduct basic research and competitor analysis to support branding decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and project timelines.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
from a reputed institution (Freshers welcome).
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
