Brand Development Manager

brand
that clients remember and respect.
This role demands a mix of
design skill, marketing mindset, and brand strategy
. You'll be the creative brain behind our visual identity, online presence, and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Visual Creation
Create eye-catching designs for digital and print -- including posts, brochures, packaging, and client presentations.
Maintain consistent brand language and identity across all platforms.
Social Media & Content Management
Plan and execute a posting calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Write short, impactful captions that reflect our values and attract B2B clients.
Track performance and improve engagement using analytics.
Brand Positioning
Work with leadership to define how Printaura should look, talk, and feel in the market.
Research competitors and global packaging brands to find creative edges.
Ensure that every design or post strengthens our brand's authority.
Campaigns & Marketing Collateral
Create visual content for client outreach, trade fairs, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with vendors and print teams to execute brand rollouts smoothly.
What We Expect
Strong design skills (Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW)
Clear understanding of brand building and visual storytelling
Experience managing social media platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ownership mindset -- no "9 to 5" mentality, but a "let's make this brand iconic" attitude
1-3 years of experience in design, marketing, or branding preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
