Brand Designer

Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from research to final implementation. Creating social media campaigns and managing the design elements to ensure they align with marketing goals Updating and refreshing existing branding as required to keep it relevant Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for both web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are properly translated into functional products. Conduct user research, gather insights, and implement them into design solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Design and conduct usability tests, iterate based on feedback to improve the overall user experience. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technology to keep designs fresh and innovative. Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.

Requirements

2+ years of professional Brand design experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across web and mobile apps. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability best practices. Experience in responsive design and understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers. Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
