Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and strategic Brand Graphic Designer

who can translate ideas into visually compelling brand identities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of branding, design systems, typography, color psychology, and brand communication. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design assets that strengthen brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design

brand identities

, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual systems. Develop

brand guidelines

to ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create

digital and print collaterals

, such as social media creatives, pitch decks, brochures, and campaigns. Design for

web and digital experiences

aligned with the brand's tone and personality. Refresh or redesign existing brands to align with new strategies and market trends. Conduct

brand research and competitor analysis

to develop unique design directions. Present and justify design concepts to internal teams and clients with clear reasoning and insights. Stay updated on design trends, branding innovations, and emerging tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience

in brand design, preferably within an agency or creative studio. Strong portfolio showcasing

branding and identity design projects

. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)

or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of

visual hierarchy, color theory, typography

, and layout principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain design quality.
