As Brand Design Lead, you will define and evolve our brand identity across customer touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create impactful visual experiences that resonate with our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cohesive brand systems that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key job responsibilities
o Develop and implement comprehensive brand identity systems that align with our overall brand architecture while meeting specific customer needs
o Create and maintain scalable design guidelines, templates, and visual assets to enable consistent brand expression across channels
o Provide creative direction and design expertise to marketing teams, external partners, and designers
o Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, including timeline management and stakeholder alignment
o Analyze performance metrics to optimize design effectiveness and refine brand expression
o Partner with marketing and homepage teams to ensure cohesive brand implementation across all touchpoints
A day in the life
You will start your day reviewing ongoing design projects and providing feedback to ensure brand consistency. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions, participate in cross-functional meetings to align on brand strategy, and work hands-on creating design assets. You'll also analyze performance data to inform design decisions and mentor team members to elevate the quality of design output.
