DESCRIPTION
Join our innovative Grocery and Everyday Essentials team in Bangalore as we scale our quick commerce business. As Brand Design Lead, you will define and evolve our brand identity across customer touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create impactful visual experiences that resonate with our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cohesive brand systems that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key job responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand identity systems that align with our overall brand architecture while meeting specific customer needs
• Create and maintain scalable design guidelines, templates, and visual assets to enable consistent brand expression across channels
• Provide creative direction and design expertise to marketing teams, external partners, and designers
• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, including timeline management and stakeholder alignment
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize design effectiveness and refine brand expression
• Partner with marketing and homepage teams to ensure cohesive brand implementation across all touchpoints

A day in the life
You will start your day reviewing ongoing design projects and providing feedback to ensure brand consistency. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions, participate in cross-functional meetings to align on brand strategy, and work hands-on creating design assets. You'll also analyze performance data to inform design decisions and mentor team members to elevate the quality of design output.
About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand design or visual design
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in creating brand guidelines, design systems, and visual assets
- Experience in implementing design solutions across digital platforms
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on design implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in e-commerce or retail brand design
- Proficiency in current design tools and technologies
- Experience in creating data-informed design solutions
- Knowledge of marketing principles and digital advertising
- Strong understanding of typography and brand design principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring junior designers or providing creative direction
