• Manage the Product Availability and Web Readiness in Partnership with Brand Creative and Buying Office
• Daily check all item online statuses for digital seasonal campaigns, print/book projects
• Verifying depiction is entered - if no depiction entered then follow up with Buying Office
• Search the depiction on NMO - if online, the item status can update to "Available Now"?
• If depiction is not online, depiction is entered into Catman to verify what component is pending (PO, Image, Copy, Pre-Order flag. This only allows visibility to the problem, the action to fix or move item forward has to come from the Buying Office)?
• If new item availability date is provided that is updated in the form and/or item status notes for all teams (ex: waiting on copy PROPS 65)?
• Input URLs
• Sprint Placement Tagging in Wrike with Project Management (Allocation, video URLs/drives.
• Shot List rollups (entering in Brands, availability dates, GAMED) Photo Production
• Pulling sell shots (Can be time sensitive) in partnership with Digital Prod
• Vis Nav Setup (Access to live site) Digital Production

• 1-3 Years of Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Outstanding communication abilities and a proven track record of collaborating with international teams
• Adaptable to working and extending availability for evening calls
• Top of Form
• Wrike experience preferred. Equivalent PMO system experience (Workfront. Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
• Critical skills require candidate to be competent, methodical and precise with acute attention detail and follow through
• Team player with ability to deliver on time and within scope
