Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Perception & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and elevate
GIBS's reputation
among students, alumni, parents, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Develop strategic communication that highlights the college's vision, achievements, and industry relevance.
2. Video Branding & Creative Content Development
Introduce
fresh creative ideas
for video campaigns, storytelling formats, and digital series.
Ideate, create, and deliver innovative video content
(student stories, faculty insights, campus life, success stories, event highlights, reels).
Lead the
video branding strategy
to position GIBS as a thought leader in education.
Review, edit, and finalize all video and content deliverables to ensure high quality and brand alignment.
3. Digital & Social Media Strategy
Drive
social media growth
with innovative video-led campaigns and storytelling.
Manage the digital presence of GIBS across
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Use analytics and insights to refine campaigns for engagement and visibility.
4. PR, Media & Event Communication
Oversee
PR campaigns, media relations, and external communication
for brand visibility.
Host
and co-produce
IRE Talks, podcasts, and signature GIBS events.
Collaborate with influencers, media houses, and partners for wider reach.
5. Resource & Team Leadership
Lead and manage creative teams, freelancers, and agencies to execute campaigns.
Foster a
culture of innovation and experimentation
in content creation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
5+ years of experience
in content creation, video marketing, and brand management.
Strong expertise in
video production, editing, and digital storytelling.
Proven record of
creative content innovation
for branding.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
* Prior experience in
hosting/moderating events, podcasts, or thought-leadership sessions
is a plus.
