Role Purpose



Webocto is evolving from a service-based agency into a

recognised digital growth brand

.

This role exists to

own and build Webocto's brand identity, positioning, and content presence

across platforms in a structured, consistent, and business-driven way.

This is not a posting role.
This is not a design role.
This is not a client-servicing role.

This is a

brand ownership role

.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning



? Define and maintain Webocto's brand voice, tone, and messaging

? Ensure all public communication reflects authority, clarity, and credibility

? Decide what content aligns with the brand and what does not

2. Content Planning & Ownership



? Create and manage weekly and monthly content calendars

? Plan content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (short-form initially)

? Maintain a balanced mix of authority content, case studies, founder insights, BTS, and ad-shoot showcases

3. Ad Shoot & Creative Direction



? Plan weekly ad-shoot concepts using actors, AI, or hybrid formats

? Coordinate with videographer, editor, and social media team

? Ensure every shoot aligns with brand positioning and business objectives

? Review and approve final creatives before publishing

4. Founder Content Enablement



? Convert founder experience and insights into structured content ideas

? Guide hooks, talking points, and content direction

? Ensure founder content strengthens Webocto's authority rather than personal influencer branding

5. Internal Collaboration



? Work closely with account managers to capture client wins, testimonials, and case studies

? Coordinate with performance marketing team for result-driven narratives

? Act as the

single decision-maker

for Webocto brand communication

6. Measurement & Continuous Improvement



? Track brand-level KPIs such as inbound enquiries, DM quality, and brand recall

? Maintain consistency without content drop-offs

? Improve strategy based on insights and outcomes, not vanity metrics

? Strong and consistent brand presence across platforms

? Improved quality of inbound leads and enquiries

? Clear brand recall among prospects and clients

? A well-structured social profile that acts as a live portfolio

? Reduced dependency on the founder for daily brand execution

? Are primarily designers, editors, or copywriters

? Lack agency or startup exposure

? Avoid responsibility or ownership

? Want to manage client accounts alongside this role
