Job Description

Translate brand strategy into clear, engaging communication across digital, social,

offline, and internal platforms.

Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Own brand messaging for campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.

Campaign & Content Management

Support planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and

integrated marketing initiatives.

Ensure all communication adheres to brand standards and compliance guidelines. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align brand storytelling with business

objectives.

Track effectiveness of brand content and campaigns through defined metrics. Use insights and feedback to continuously improve creative quality and storytelling

impact.

What we're looking for

MBA Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in brand communications, creative

strategy, or marketing, preferably in D2C, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer

brands

Strong understanding of brand storytelling, creative processes, and campaign

execution.

Ability to brief creatives clearly and evaluate creative work objectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a bias for

execution
