The purpose of the role is to develop and implement brand and product content strategies mainly on social media. Ensure Proper Planning and Execution of brand communication initiatives as per business requirements.

Timely execution of the campaign across all platforms and post-campaign analysis.
Ownership of social media handles mainly Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn accounts.
Asset management: Content Plan Ideation & development.
Planning shoots end to end.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies before it goes live on any platform
Ensure efficient utilization of the allocated marketing budget and monitor spending.
Sales support and brand activation support.
Ideating & executing brand visibility initiatives at the point of sales.
Lead events and exhibitions for the brand in liaison with internal & external partners
Manage the Marketing Team and ensure high efficacy at the workplace.
SECTION 3Key Tasks \xe2\x80\x93 Areas of Responsibility1. Marketing Calendar & Budgeting Conceptualize, execute, and monitor the spending of the activities initiated under assign ed avenues on an M-O-M basis to drive business growth. Which will include:
Securing alignment across the need of customers and marketing initiatives to deliver the most effective investment for the allocated Budget.
Ensuring that the correct initiatives are taken and delivered on time and are aligned with budget control.
Marketing promotional plans and concepts for our target audience, ensuring that all promotional activities are in line with the agreed marketing plans and guidelines.
Aligning with sales to ensure coordination of marketing plans and effective execution in line with budget and brand guidelines
2. Content Ideation & Development - Ideation, development & monitor the execution of campaign shoots. - Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies before it goes live on any platform. - Ensure correct operations and representation of all visual display (digital& static) assets - Identifying customer needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company\'s current content 3. Content Calendar management for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn accounts.
Implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and branding goals. - Create and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content, including graphics, photos, videos, and copy, that aligns with the content calendar
Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust the social media strategy and content calendar as needed to drive results.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new strategies or tactics to improve social media performance.
4. PR Management - Coordination and implementation of strategic public relations in collaboration with the agency. - Plan out a month-wise PR plan in collaboration with the agency. - Organize press conferences, media kits, and all support activities necessary for the media outreach plan. - Foster relationships with celebrity stylists, KOL, and influencers for sourcing request - Keep a tap on initiatives taken by other players in the category & put forward a recommendation 5* . Influencer Marketing* - Plan out a campaign in liaison with the agency/direct- Ideate concept & roll out the entire campaign as planned- Monitor execution of ongoing campaign & examine performance postcompletion6. Prepare report/presentation for internal team review on marketing metrics.7. Manage a team of marketing specialists: Job Delegation, ensure timely execution ofassigned tasks & assist/advise in ongoing activities. SECTION 4 Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile 1. Post Graduate with a specialization in Marketing & Communication. 2. Relevant experience of 2 years+ in the field of luxury and lifestyle. 3. Experience in handling social media handle is a must. 4. Passionate individual with an entrepreneurial drive 5. Good hold on content writing skills. 6.
