We are looking for a Brand & Communications Lead to own and build
Aagey Se Right
as a brand.
This role goes beyond managing defined platforms or executing planned deliverables. While key responsibilities across content, PR, platforms, and thought leadership are outlined, the core expectation is that this person will continuously evaluate, evolve, and strengthen how Aage Se Right shows up in the world.
You will be responsible for shaping ASR's narrative, visibility, and presence by identifying what should be said, where it should appear, and how the brand can remain relevant, credible, and culturally current as it grows. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with the founder and internal creative teams.
In short, this is a role for someone who treats the brand as a living system, not a static checklist.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership
Own ASR's brand voice, tone, and narrative across all touchpoints
Ensure consistency across social media, website, PR, and platforms
Act as the single point of responsibility for ASR's external communication
Regularly assess ASR's brand presence and proactively suggest improvements or new directions
Content & Social Media
Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website
Build and maintain a structured content calendar
Work with designers, writers, and editors for execution
Ensure content reflects ASR's strategic and creative depth
Continuously explore new formats, themes, and ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
PR & Outreach
Identify newsworthy moments such as campaigns, awards, POVs, and launches
Pitch stories to relevant media, platforms, and communities
Build and maintain media relationships
Track PR coverage and brand mentions
Actively look for new PR opportunities beyond planned announcements
Platforms & Website
Update the website with new work, narratives, and credentials
Manage presence on Behance, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Ensure all brand touchpoints feel current and active
Recommend additions or changes to platforms as the brand evolves
Podcast & Thought Leadership
Own ASR's podcast end-to-end, including planning, guests, and publishing
Support the founder's POV and long-form thought leadership
Identify emerging themes and conversations ASR should participate in
Who We're Looking For
4-7 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or content
Experience in agencies, media, startups, or creative platforms preferred
Strong understanding of branding, design, and creative culture
Comfortable working directly with founders
Organised, proactive, and independent
Naturally curious, with the ability to think beyond defined briefs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
