Job Overview

Pitambra Film & Production is seeking a dynamic and well-connected

Brand Collaborator

to build and manage strategic partnerships with brands for films, advertisements, events, fashion shows, digital content, and celebrity collaborations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between brands and creative projects, ensuring mutual value and long-term associations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard brands for collaborations, sponsorships, and integrations Pitch film projects, ad campaigns, fashion shows, events, and digital content to brands Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, PR, social media) for brand execution Ensure brand visibility as per agreed deliverables (logos, placements, mentions, promotions) Maintain strong relationships with existing brand partners Prepare proposals, presentations, and collaboration reports Track collaboration performance and ensure client satisfaction Stay updated with market trends, brand requirements, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Good understanding of branding, marketing, and media integrations Experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, media sales, or sponsorships Strong industry network (brands, agencies, marketing heads - preferred) Ability to work independently and meet targets Creative mindset with business acumen
Experience

1-5 years of experience in brand collaborations, media sales, or partnerships Experience in film, production house, advertising agency, or event management is a plus
