Job Description

The Administrative & Brand Collaboration Executive supports daily office operations while coordinating partnerships and collaborations with brands. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office communications, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, travel, and event logistics. Maintain and organize company files and records. Identify and reach out to potential brand partners and collaborators. Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and partnerships. Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure timely deliverables. Prepare reports and presentations related to brand performance and collaborations. Support the marketing team with administrative and creative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of social media and influencer/brand marketing trends. Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
