We are looking for an energetic, execution-focused

Brand Associate

to join our Branding team. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting things done, enjoys being on the ground, and takes pride in seeing ideas come to life. You will help shape Barosi's voice and support the smooth execution of brand initiatives across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communication

Create clear, engaging content for social media, website, emailers, product descriptions, blogs, and other brand touchpoints. Ensure all content stays aligned with Barosi's tone, values, and storytelling style.

Execution & On-Ground Operations

Actively support planning and hands-on execution of BTL activities, including local events, society activations, sampling, and community engagement programs. Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor requirements to ensure all branding activities run smoothly and on time. Assist in creating and managing branding materials such as flyers, postcards, standees, packaging inserts, etc.

Vendor & Partner Management

Manage relationships with event partners, printers, designers, packaging suppliers, and agencies to ensure seamless and timely execution of tasks.

Brand Consistency & Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (design, supply chain, sales) and external partners/agencies to maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms. Oversee packaging development in coordination with the design team to ensure it reflects brand identity and consumer needs.

Campaign Support

Assist in launching and managing brand campaigns; ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution plans are met. Support influencer and creator coordination wherever required.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content writing, or related fields. Strong execution mindset; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Creative thinker, fast learner, and someone who enjoys taking initiative.
