The Brand Associate is responsible for representing the brand on the retail floor by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. This role focuses on engaging customers, promoting products, and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador and uphold brand values and image
Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Communicate product features, benefits, and brand story
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Support billing, returns, and exchange processes
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Ensure product displays follow brand guidelines
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trends
