Role Overview
The Brand and Project Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end project delivery
, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role requires strong planning, communication, and execution skills to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from
client onboarding to final delivery
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Translate client briefs into
clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with
creative, design, video, AI, and production teams
Create and track
project schedules, milestones, and budgets
Ensure timely approvals, revisions, and sign-offs from clients
Monitor project progress and proactively
identify risks or delays
Manage internal and external stakeholders including
vendors and freelancers
Maintain accurate
project documentation, reports, and trackers
Ensure final outputs meet
quality standards and brand guidelines
Support post-project reviews and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Media, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator
Strong
organizational and time-management skills
Excellent
written and verbal communication
Ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
Client-handling and stakeholder management experience
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
