We're seeking a creative, strategic, and purpose-driven marketing leader to elevate our brand, attract the right audience, and craft compelling narratives that reflect the unique lifestyle Nirvaana offers.
About the Project:
Nirvaana Hills is more than a real estate offering - it's a conscious lifestyle choice. Spread across forested hills and valleys, this community is designed for people who seek a deeper connection with nature, wellness, and mindful living.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales conversion.
Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) with external agencies and partners.
Build a compelling digital presence via organic content (Instagram, YouTube, website, email newsletters, blogs).
Own the brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms -- digital, print, on-ground, and PR. Plan and execute on-ground events, retreats, open days, and experiential campaigns at the Nirvaana Hills site.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with buyer personas and lead conversion needs.
Manage partnerships with influencers, sustainability advocates, wellness experts, and aligned brands.
Use data to track marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance metrics.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, videos, presentations) that articulate the Nirvaana lifestyle and values.
Maintain consistency of brand aesthetics and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand building, digital marketing, or lifestyle marketing (real estate/luxury/wellness/sustainability sectors preferred).
Strong storytelling skills with a keen visual and emotional understanding of premium/lifestyle brands.
Hands-on experience with digital platforms, performance marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in using analytics tools, CRM systems, social media platforms, and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
Willing to travel to the site (2 hours from Gurgaon) for events, content shoots, or strategic work.
