Your role Become the brand guardian to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints. Lead the development of all branding and communication materials, ensuring adhere to brand guidelines Partner deeply with our product, business and medical teams to develop design concepts that effectively and consistently communicate our brand message. Lead the development of campaign ideas and design collaterals such as digital ads in social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Create engaging visual content for our brand spaces like websites, presentations, events, centers. Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end to end design process from concept through to implementation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your profile You have a bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a similar field. You have 4-5 years of experience in visual design or product design at an a design or ad agency, a plus if you have experience working in a consumer tech or healthcare company. You have excellent skills in graphic design, typography, color theory, and composition. You are strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. You are proficient in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You have a strong collaboration mindset and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will need to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines. Your experience in video and motion graphics is a plus. You are proficient in English, any additional languages is a plus. You are a collaborative person who enjoys the interaction with partners from different functions and being a bridge between them with drive/high motivation and discipline. You are Passionate about designing for business results and thriving in a remote first environment. You have a curious mind who doesn\'t shy away from disagreements, but feels empowered to challenge each and everyone on the team and in support functions. Your desire to collaborate horizontally and vertically - guiding team members and partners and seeking group discussions with peers. You are hands-on, resourceful who has one foot in idealism and one foot in reality - understanding that designs need to meet business goals.
