Brand & Marketing Manager



Location: New Delhi (On-site/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities



Branding & Design



Design and manage samples, brochures, catalogs, collaterals, and promotional material. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Use AI/design tools to speed up creative development.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions



Plan and execute product launch campaigns, dealer promotions, and seasonal offers. Create integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and dealer networks. Track and report campaign ROI and effectiveness.

Digital Marketing & Social Media



Manage Wonderwoods' social media pages and grow community engagement. Run and optimize online ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Develop a content calendar (posts, reels, case studies, blogs).

SEO & Website



Drive website traffic and lead generation through SEO. Manage website content and campaign landing pages.

Sales Team Coordination



Work closely with the sales team to design dealer promotions, marketing kits, and campaigns. Support sales with leads, presentations, and customer engagement content. Track sales & marketing performance metrics and share reports with management.

AI & Marketing Automation



Use AI tools for content, campaign ideas, competitor research, and reporting. Automate lead follow-ups, emailers, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Design. 4-8 years of experience in marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. Strong design and creative skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator). Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Analytics. Experience in sales-marketing coordination. Familiarity with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.). Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. ?
