Role Description :
LexLegis is looking for a Brand and Thought Leadership Manager to lead brand positioning, executive thought leadership, and industry engagement. This role will be responsible for strengthening LexLegis' brand identity, storytelling, and reputation-building initiatives across multiple channels, including events, PR, executive branding, and content-driven advocacy. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to elevate the company's presence in the legal-tech space.
Key Responsibilities :

• Define and maintain LexLegis' brand identity across digital, print, and offline touchpoints.
• Content creation and campaign-social media -marketing communications support.
• Develop and manage a thought leadership program, positioning Lexlegis executives as industry experts through opinion pieces, media interviews, and event speaking opportunities.
• Design and content for events - online and offline.
• Lead the creation of brand advocacy programs, referral initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
• Corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand visibility.
• Curate and distribute newsletters, case studies, and executive insights to engage key audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or PR in a B2B, SaaS, or professional services firm.
• Proven experience in thought leadership content creation, executive positioning, and media engagement.
• Strong network within media, analysts, and industry forums.
• Excellent storytelling and editorial skills, with experience in copywriting, blog writing, and executive ghost-writing.
• Experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events to maximize brand visibility.

Educational Background

• MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management from a recognized institute.
• Bachelor's degree in science, Mass Communications, or PR.
• Ideal Industry Experience: B2B SaaS, IT Services, Legal Tech, EdTech, or FinTech.
• Experience managing corporate communications, PR, brand storytelling, and executive thought leadership, and an exposure to event marketing, sponsorships, and influencer partnerships.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Brand/Content Engagement: #Impressions in social media engagement, website traffic, and content shares.
• Speaker /Panel Engagements: Higher panel invitations and speaking opportunities.
• Newsletter & Content Impact: #reach + #open rates #inquiries
• Marketing Communications : Uplift q-o-q in earned media, PR coverage, and executive interviews.
