Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Communications Manager to join our marketing team. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining our brand\'s tone and create internal and external communication materials that align with our mission and values. You\'ll shape our brand\'s identity and execute strategies for brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Comprehensive Brand Management: Strategy & Identity: Develop and execute a brand strategy, maintain identity, and adapt to market changes. Research & Messaging: Conduct market research, refine messaging, and differentiate from competitors. Campaigns & Collaboration: Plan campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage the budget. 2. Communication Collateral Creation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Internal & External Collaterals: Develop materials for internal and external use, maintaining brand consistency. 3. Social Media Management:

• Strategy & Content: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, and foster community engagement.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and use insights for strategy improvements.

Qualifications: Content & Analysis: Develop content strategies, analyze performance, and ensure brand compliance. Bachelor\'s degree in Communications and Marketing, MBA in Marketing, Masters in Communication is a plus.

• Proven experience as a brand manager, communications strategist.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
