Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Communication Executive to manage our company's brand presence and communication strategies across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing branding initiatives, internal and external communications, media relations, and digital marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Media & Content Coordination



Collaborate with content writers to create compelling articles and press releases for newspapers, sports magazines, and e-News platforms. Liaise with event organizers to gather information and insights for event-based publications. Obtain media permissions and copyrights for event-related content and visuals.
2.

Social Media & Digital Campaigns



Work closely with the graphics and content teams to develop Instagram and Facebook posts tailored for event and regional audiences. Schedule and manage social media activity to maximize reach and engagement.
3.

Brand Strategy & Penetration



Travel to different regions to meet with marathon/triathlon/moto-sports event organizers and identify brand placement opportunities. Design and implement targeted branding strategies for sports and government project verticals. Conduct market research to support entry into new regions or partnerships.
4.

Event Branding & On-Ground Presence



Support branding initiatives at events including expo setups, race-day visibility, and partnerships. Coordinate media coverage, press kits, and official statements for major sporting and e-Governance events.
5.

Reporting & Analysis



Track campaign performance and prepare monthly brand visibility reports. Maintain a media & branding calendar, aligning with event schedules and product timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in marketing,` Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in branding, media, or public relations--preferably in the sports or events industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus). Willingness to travel across cities for event collaboration and market research. Familiarity with social media trends, engagement tools, and graphic collaboration platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Passion for sports and understanding of event ecosystems is highly desirable

Nice to Have:



Experience in event PR or sports media coverage. Exposure to e-Governance campaigns or public project communication. Prior work with race management or endurance event brands.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
