Job Description
Job Title- Brand Ambassador Location- Saltlake Sector- 3, AJC Bose Road & Hindusthan Park Job Role- Oversees Brand Strategy & Development \xc2\xb7 Customer Relations- Interacts consistently with customers in order to make personal and meaningful connections, meet their needs and expectations, generate quality feedback for cafe leadership, and bring the 8th Day experience to them. \xc2\xb7 Social Media Strategy and Development- Strategically leads and manages and all social media/internet platforms such as our website, Facebook, IG, Trip Advisor, Zomato, etc. Creates impactful content for the brand such as reel, pictures, videos, etc. \xc2\xb7 Acts as a Servant Leader- Will perform any and all duties related to the functioning of the caf\xc3\xa9 (i.e. serving, cashier, cleaning, etc). Leads by example \xe2\x80\x93 showing preference to others \xe2\x80\x93 and loving people well while holding them accountable.
