Proven track record in
Client Acquisition, Brand Partnerships, and Global Brand Collaboration

Strong exposure to
end-to-end sales

negotiation, communication, and client management
skills.
Awareness of previously sold products/services and ability to articulate
USPs effectively

Role Overview
As a
Brand Alliances Manager
, you will be responsible for building and scaling demand-side partnerships with leading global brands. This role goes beyond traditional BD -- it requires structured, insight-driven strategy with full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, from lead research to onboarding and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
market and lead research
in categories like fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C.
Initiate
strategic outreach
via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
Lead
partnership conversations
with brand/agency stakeholders.
Manage the
full sales cycle
: pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
Build, retain, and expand
long-term brand partnerships
.
Analyze
performance data and market trends
to identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years
of relevant experience in digital product/service sales, partnerships, or client strategy.
Strong
negotiation and relationship-building
skills.
Proven experience in handling
high-ticket deals (?5L+/month preferred)

Hands-on knowledge of
CRM tools
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
