Role - Brand Advisor - Trainer

Qualifaction - Any Master Degree

Expireance - 5 to 10 Years

Package - 8 to 12 LPA

Location - Indore

Responsible for training, developing, and strengthening the performance of Current Brand Advisors across MP.

This role ensures promoter capability-building, product knowledge enhancement, retail experience improvement, and alignment with brand standards.

The position requires strong leadership, training ability, bulk promoter hiring ability and close coordination with Sales & Allied teams.

Track VBA performance metrics including footfall conversion, customer satisfaction, product knowledge scores, and training assessments.

Develop a deep understanding of the key accounts' business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

Maintain VBA training performance dashboards and monthly development reports.

Ensure training content aligns with vivo brand guidelines and business objectives.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement action plans.

Skills

Strong communication & presentation skills

Training capability (product + soft skills)

Promoter team handling & retail development experience

Knowledge of smartphone features, sales behavior & consumer engagement

Data-driven approach with strong reporting skills

Ability to travel frequently for market visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
