The Retail Brand Advisor represents the brand on the shop floor by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, communicating brand values, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and engage them in meaningful conversations
Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate products
Communicate product features, benefits, and brand story effectively
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policies
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and trends
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
