Job Description

To increase brand visibility, engage directly with local customers, collect user data, and drive product awareness through on-ground and digital marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:


1.

Brand Engagement & Activation



Plan and execute local brand activation activities (markets, apartments, events, shops). Conduct sampling campaigns, flash stalls, and promotional events. Ensure branding materials (banners, flyers, kits) are used effectively.
2.

User Data Collection & Lead Generation



Interact with target customers to collect names, numbers, and product preferences. Maintain a daily log of leads with key details and update CRM tools. Ensure data accuracy and secure handling.
3.

Customer Relationship Building



Educate users on brand benefits (e.g., fresh products, quick delivery, natural shelf life). Explain offers, subscriptions, or new launches during field visits. Follow up with leads for conversions via call, WhatsApp, or in-person.
4.

Marketing Support



Assist in distributing flyers, posters, and other creatives in target areas. Capture customer testimonials (photos/videos) during activations. Support social media by gathering content from field activities.
