Oversee daily operations of the Oachira branch and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer onboarding, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries and offering timely support.
Achieve business targets related to client acquisition, collections, and branch performance.
Supervise and coordinate with the branch team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate and timely records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit procedures, and documentation standards.
Support management with local marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or branch operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of loan processes and basic financial documentation.
Ability to meet performance targets under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and other basic software tools.
