Responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained effectively.
Providing training and development.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analysis, and reports of operations.
Coordinating with support staffs for smooth operations
Hiring and placement of staffs by coordinating with recruitment team and self-hiring
Maintaining the upkeep and standards of the outlet premises
Coordinate with Housekeeping Team for deep cleaning activity in their area
Pest control activities to be done by set standard procedures in their area
Timely presence in the high-volume stores in peak hours
Identifying staffs for career growth and assign trainings accordingly
Resolving customer complaints at outlets, both online and offline
Strategic planning and implementation for increase in same store sales growth
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance Protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing process and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
Oversee materials, Inventory and expenses
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Banking reconciliation of daily Business to be tracked
Timings - Working timings will be flexible as per the store operation hours:
