Company: Leading Consumer Electronics/Home appliances Job Location: Mumbai/Pune/Nagpur Branch Service Executives (AC/Washing Machine etc) Exp: 4 to 6 years Qualification: BE (Electronics and Communication/Electrical) Roles and responsibilities
- Technical competency in Home appliance products
- Service Network Development
- Maintaining TAT of Installation & Service in the territory
- 100% customer satisfaction through NPS
- Drive AMC, Essentials & Accessories business with Franchisee
- Planning for Business growth of the franchise
- Assist franchise in Technical issues & troubleshooting
- Visiting Dealers & ensure required service support
- Visiting Customers & gaining first hand feedback.
- Ensuring training of service manpower (technical & softskill)
- Working in concurrence with all departments (Sales, Spares, CRM, Training etc)
- Day shift
