Role/ Job Title: Branch Sales Manager-Micro Business loans
Function/ Department: Micro Business Loans
Roles & Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for Micro Business loans and LAP products
xc2xb7 Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
xc2xb7 Conduct customer meetings and presentations to promote the bank's products and services
xc2xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
xc2xb7 Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursement
xc2xb7 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
xc2xb7 Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets
xc2xb7 Prepare and submit sales reports to the regional sales manager on a regular basis
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
