Drive adherence to daily productivity benchmarks (calls, visits, conversions) for each team member.
Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure branch-wide compliance with RBI/NHB guidelines and company SOPs.
Conduct periodic audits of loan documentation and customer KYC to maintain portfolio quality.
Drive early fraud detection and monitoring mechanisms to minimize NPAs.
Operational Excellence
Streamline lead management and ensure efficient utilization of CRM tools for sales tracking.
Maintain optimum TAT in loan processing, sanction, and disbursement to enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement digital adoption within the branch (apps, lead portals, digital KYC, etc.) to improve efficiency.
Market Development & Visibility
Represent the branch in local promotional activities, housing expos, and builder tie-ups.
Strengthen brand recall by ensuring active participation in community and business forums.
Provide regular feedback to central teams on product enhancements and regional market requirements.
