Branch Sales Manager
to lead membership sales and manage the branch sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving customer experience, and driving overall branch revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly membership and personal training sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and front desk team
Generate leads through local promotions, events, and referrals
Ensure excellent member onboarding and retention
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
Track daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports
Maintain Anytime Fitness brand and service standards
Requirements
Age: Up to 30 years
2-5 years of experience in sales (fitness/retail/hospitality preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented with a passion for sales
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
