Job Summary:
The Branch Manager (H2I) plays a pivotal role in leading branch-level operations, driving sales, ensuring outstanding member experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role demands strong leadership, sales acumen, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for health and wellness. The ideal candidate is a proactive team leader who inspires performance, ensures smooth operations, and promotes the Sportiqo Fitness brand in the community.

Key Responsibilites:

Sales Management:


Drive membership and training package sales through effective lead qualification, consultation, follow-up, and conversion strategies.

Brand Development & Community Outreach:


Promote Sportiqo Fitness through local B2B partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community campaigns. Coordinate and execute local marketing and engagement initiatives aligned with the company's brand strategy.

Team Leadership:


Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to achieve individual and branch targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Operational Oversight:


Supervise daily branch activities including member services, facility management, reporting, and database management. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Customer Experience & Service:


Deliver exceptional service standards that encourage member retention and referrals. Address member queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Digital Engagement:


Ensure clients are educated and actively engaged with the Sportiqo Fitness mobile app and digital tools to support their fitness journey

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
