Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations: Oversee and manage overall branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve branch sales targets, develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and monitor progress.
3. Team Management: Supervise and evaluate the performance of the branch team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team success.
4. Customer Handling: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
5. Tele Calling: Conduct telephonic calls to customers, prospects, and leads to promote products/services, build relationships, and drive sales.

Requirements:
