Job Description


:

  • Manage the Branch in terms of Sales
  • Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
  • Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
  • Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
  • Responsible for achieving the Fee Income Target, WIRR and Cross Sell targets.
  • Ensure the PDDs are well within the limits of the branch and closely track with Sales Officers.
  • Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
  • To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
  • Manage and lead Sales Officers at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective Used car dealership / DSAs.
  • Develop and manage customers and DSA/ Dealer relationships through face to face interactions
  • Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
  • Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location
  • Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in timely manner to practice xe2x80x98First Time Right principle.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
  • Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
