Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Achieve branch sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annual) Drive sales of

industrial tools

(power tools, hand tools, cutting tools, workshop equipment, etc.) Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, OEMs, contractors & industrial clusters Increase secondary sales and market penetration within branch territory
Channel & Dealer Management

Manage and grow local distributors, dealers & industrial suppliers Ensure product availability, stock rotation & display at dealer points Execute company schemes, promotions & price programs Monitor credit limits and ensure timely collections
Team Management

Lead, motivate & monitor Sales Executives / Sales Officers Allocate targets, review daily activity & track performance Conduct joint field visits, dealer visits & customer meetings Provide on-the-job coaching and product training
Key Account Handling

Handle key branch-level B2B accounts and large customers Support the team in negotiation & deal closure Coordinate with service, logistics & accounts teams for smooth execution
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales MIS Maintain CRM and sales reports accurately Share market feedback, competitor insights & customer requirements with RSM / HO
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
