Team Management
Lead, motivate & monitor Sales Executives / Sales Officers
Allocate targets, review daily activity & track performance
Conduct joint field visits, dealer visits & customer meetings
Provide on-the-job coaching and product training
Key Account Handling
Handle key branch-level B2B accounts and large customers
Support the team in negotiation & deal closure
Coordinate with service, logistics & accounts teams for smooth execution
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales MIS
Maintain CRM and sales reports accurately
Share market feedback, competitor insights & customer requirements with RSM / HO
