Market Analysis:

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and building brand loyalty.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
