Job Summary:



We are looking for a goal-oriented and dynamic

Branch Sales Manager

to lead and manage all sales activities at the branch level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing business strategies to achieve branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the branch. Develop and implement local sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify new business opportunities and grow the branch's customer base. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.

Team Leadership:



Recruit and manage a team of sales executives or officers. Set individual performance targets and review team performance regularly. Motivate the team to meet or exceed sales goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support.

Customer Relationship Management:



Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. Promote cross-selling and up-selling of products/services.

Branch Operations & Reporting:



Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch in coordination with support departments. Monitor and manage branch-level budgets and expenses. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market feedback to senior management. Ensure adherence to all company policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 4-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or branch-level role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
