Job Description

A Branch Sales Manager drives revenue and leads a sales team to achieve sales targets for a specific branch by developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring staff, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to align with company goals. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed branch sales goals.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, motivate, and provide regular performance feedback to the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify customer needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to stay competitive.

Performance Monitoring:

Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales trends, and analyze sales data to prepare reports for senior management.

Compliance:

Ensure the branch's sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications

Leadership & Sales Skills:

Strong sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management abilities are crucial.

Analytical Skills:
