Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective team management.
Lead, motivate, and train sales executives to deliver strong performance.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the supply team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Plan and execute local marketing or promotional activities to boost sales.
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail/mobile sales or team handling.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing software, and inventory management.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
Preferred: Experience in the mobile retail or electronics sector.
