Company Policy:

Early resignation allowed only after 1 year with a

Exceptions considered only in justified personal cases like marriage or permanent relocation

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations and drive overall sales performance Lead and manage a team of sales executives and front office staff Achieve monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution Develop local marketing strategies to increase footfall and lead generation Conduct client consultations and promote clinic packages/services Maintain client relationship, feedback tracking, and service follow-up Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and HO Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or branch management (preferably in wellness, healthcare, or beauty industry) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Target-oriented mindset with ability to meet strict deadlines Willingness to complete unpaid training of 10-15 days in Chandigarh Must be ready to sign a 2-year employment agreement with the company

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday Alternate week off 1 days and 6 days working)
