Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Branch Sales Head

to lead and manage the sales operations of our branch office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

real estate

sales and pre-sales, with a strong ability to drive performance, ensure discipline, and convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

entire sales operations

of the branch office.

Lead and manage the pre-sales team

to ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing. Drive

site visits and client engagement

to maximize walk-ins and conversion rates. Ensure

daily operational discipline

within the sales team. Monitor sales performance and ensure

targets are consistently achieved

. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve lead quality and volume. Prepare sales reports and present insights to senior management. Conduct regular training and performance reviews to maintain a high-performing team.

Requirements:

4 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling pre-sales operations. Proven track record of driving site visits and converting leads into bookings. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent understanding of the real estate market and customer behavior.

Note: Only candidates with relevant Real Estate experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
