Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and performance of sales executives.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching where required.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory, sales reporting, and documentation.
Coordinate with other departments such as service, accounts, and marketing for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to management for business improvements.
