Position Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented

female Branch Sales Manager

to lead the sales operations of one of our key branches. This role involves managing the branch team, driving enrollments, building community relationships, and ensuring the branch meets its business targets. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong background in sales and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute local sales strategies to meet branch enrollment and revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the branch's sales team. Identify and explore opportunities for partnerships and student outreach. Represent the academy in community and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the enrollment process. Monitor daily operations and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Goal-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
