Sales Manager - Bangalore (ZGP)



Job Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients.
3. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand promotion.
4. Oversee branch operational activities and report to the head office. KPI - Sales Manager
5. Sales target achievement - self
6. Maintaining the conversion % at par - self
7. Achieving client meeting targets - self
8. Achieving cross-promotion targets - self
9. Maintaining nil pending follow-ups - self
10. Maintaining the CQ scores
11. Maintaining the audit scores and KPI metrics at par
12. Maintaining the discount % at par
13. Maintaining same-day and full payment transactions

Required Candidate Profile:


14. Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management
15. Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
16. Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
17. Preferred Language: English, Tamil, and Kannada

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
