Job Description

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and customer service activities within a bank branch. This role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the branch's overall performance.


Key responsibilities

Sales and performance:

Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly branch sales targets for prime home loans.

Team leadership:

Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team to drive performance, monitor daily activities, and ensure targets are met.

Client and partner management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

Branch operations:

Oversee daily branch administration, processes, and ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Risk and compliance:

Maintain a strong risk and compliance mindset and ensure all activities adhere to regulations.

Market analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales and operations reports to upper management.

Qualifications and skills

Education:

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree from a recognized institute.

Experience:

+ Proven sales management experience, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
+ Experience in sales of home loans (HL) and loan against property (LAP) products.
+ At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and team management.

Skills:

+ Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in managing complex client relationships and a diverse team.
